Sensei's of Silly, Eileen Kaczynski, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, and Lynda LaCour, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, have teamed up to bring Laughter Yoga to Long Island!
Laughter Yoga is a physically-oriented technique that uses a playful blend of laughter exercises, deep breathing, gentle stretching and laughter meditation. Anybody can laugh without a sense of humor, comedy or jokes. In this process we use laughter as a tool, not an emotion and simulated (fake) laughter soon becomes real laughter. All exercises are adapted to suit the needs to abilities of participants.
Laughter not only brings Joy into one's life, it helps you breathe better, strengthens the immune system, combats the negative effects of stress, is an antidote for depression and anxiety, alleviates high blood pressure and asthma, increases your tolerance to pain and more! |

Eileen Kaczynski is a mother of five wonderful children, a certified Reiki Master/Practitioner, a certified Transformational Breath Foundation Facilitator/Trainer, an intuitive psycho-spiritual counselor that incorporates an enlightened coaching technique and a Laughter Yoga Leader/Teacher, known as a S.O.S. (Sensei of Silly).
She has shared this variety of techniques with individuals and groups throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This included working with a population of mental health care professionals, teens with mental health challenges, chemotherapy patients, cancer survivors, women’s groups as well as Public and Montessori schools.
Eileen is currently presenting Laughter Yoga to public elementary school children in a program known as Higher Challenges. She is also involved with many Reiki healing circles on Long Island, teaches and facilitates Breathing Awareness workshops and retreat seminars and provides private sessions for her clients.
